Terms and conditions - EARFORCE

Any cancellation should be confirmed at least 24 hours before the booking. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the booking a cancellation fee of 50% must be paid. If the booking is cancelled on the same day as the booking the client will be required to pay a 100% cancellation fee. 

If the agency has booked any artists, they themselves are responsible for the payment of the artists, this includes cancellation fees. Artist payments can be arranged to be paid via Earforce on request.

All rights of usage remain property of Earforce until full payments are made for the production. All rights are reserved.
